The Groupe is organised into a Holding Company and subsidiaries. While the holding company focuses on strategic management and monitoring of the Group’s business activities, the subsidiaries are responsible for taking operational decisions.
There are two types of subsidiary:
- Production companies known as Brand Owners manage the production & central management of the individual Pernod Ricard brands
- Distribution companies market and distribute these brands in the various markets around the world
