When you are looking for the Vital Ingredient you have to do things a little bit differently. We want to ensure that you are up for the challenge and make sure that we get to know you from the beginning - not just your CV.
Minimum candidate requirements
There are a number of mandatory requirements which we ask all applicants to ensure that they have before applying. Unfortunately, we cannot accept candidates who do not have the following:
- A third level qualification in a relevant background
- A full clear drivers licence
- Be prepared to live and work outside of Ireland for a period of 12 months
Who we are looking for?
- A creative and highly enthusiastic self-starter
- Strong business acumen
- Independent, self-motivated and can work off their own initiative
- A strong desire and passion for brand marketing and sales
- Outgoing, confident and an excellent communicator
- Willing and able to adapt to new countries, cultures and situations
- A positive, can do attitude
- A strong work ethic
- Embody the Jameson character; witty, charismatic and confident
- Experience in marketing, sales and promotions is a distinct advantage
- Possession of a second language is a distinct advantage
