The Jameson Graduate programme is challenging and exciting and gives the graduate an opportunity to develop their skills in a number of areas. It is a combined sales and marketing programme and while the specific role varies according to the market placement, the graduate will be expected to:
Be a Jameson Brand Ambassador
- Plan, co-ordinate and conduct the Jameson Mentoring Programme for trade & consumers nationally
- Convert 25-35 years old consumers to drink Jameson through trial, consumer research and building awareness of the Jameson brand in the market
- Increase Jameson share of mind amongst sales force/consumers/bartenders, ensuring that Jameson is the number 1 Irish whiskey and top of mind at all times
- Relationship building with key on trade accounts and development of on trade programmes for Jameson
Support your Local Brand Team
- Development and implementation of Jameson marketing activity
- Co-ordination of Jameson promotional activities, PR & events
- Gain understanding of competitor activity and develop strategy to drive Jameson ahead of competitors
- Proposal, development and implementation of specific market initiatives for Jameson
