The Jameson Graduate Programme is about you. So we want to see who you are and how well you can present. We are asking you to submit a 2 minute video telling us why you think you are the Vital Ingredient.

For us, it is key to get to know you and to see if you have what it takes for the Jameson Graduate Programme. We have a few pointers on the video below:

  • The video should be approx 2 minutes long. Think carefully about what you want to say in the video and ensure that you are clear, concise and engaging
  • We are not judging you on the quality of the video production. We don’t expect you to hire camera crews and spend your savings on the video. It is about you
  • Think about the Jameson Graduate Programme and why you want to do it. Tell us why you think you are the Vital Ingredient

Remember, the video is your chance to show is who you are. Your video is your chance to stand out from all the other applicants. View video applications from current graduates.

Tips on making your video

  • Be creative, engaging and confident in your presentation
  • Show commercial awareness and an understanding of the role in question
  • Tell us why you should be selected for the Jameson Graduate Programme
  • Show relevant examples that prove you are the ideal applicant
  • Be yourself
  • Take your time in making the video- this is your opportunity to sell yourself
  • Show that you have the Jameson character
  • If you are fluent in a second language then you are required to demonstrate this in your video
  • Ensure you are happy with your video before submission as once submitted, changes cannot be made

The below is a guideline on what we would expect to see in the video - however, please be as creative as possible in your presentation and keep the above tips in mind.

  • Opening: Introduce yourself and tell us why you are applying for the Jameson Graduate Programme
  • Middle: Why you are the Vital Ingredient for Jameson, what skills and background you have, examples of your academic and professional background where you have proved yourself and what makes you stand out from the other candidates and why you want to work in this field
  • End: Sum up why you should be picked for the programme and what you would like to achieve from it

APPLICATIONS WILL CLOSE ON JANUARY 31st 2012. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE BOTH YOUR FORM AND VIDEO COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED BY THE ABOVE DATE!
