Application complete! What happens next?
First of all, we will be taking some time to review the applications. Applications will be judged on both application form and video so please ensure that you dedicate enough time to both. Successful applicants at this stage will be notified and asked to attend the first round assessment centre.
Round 1
The first round assessment centre will take place in early 2011. Candidates will be asked to prepare a short presentation and will undergo group competency assessment and language assessment where applicable. This will be with HR and the Jameson Graduate Programme Team who will determine your overall suitability for the Jameson Graduate Programme. The objective of round 1 is to secure candidates for round 2 who we feel fit the profile of a Jameson brand ambassador.
Round 2
Those who are successful from the first round will be invited to a second assessment day. Candidates will again be assessed on presentation skills and competencies and will have to undergo a series of interviews with the Regional Managers of the markets where the graduates will be placed. This process is to ensure that the correct candidate profile is matched to the market. Each market has specific requirements for their graduates so we want to make sure that the candidate, the role and the graduate fit.
